One thing that drives me insane:
Poor grammar/ignorance
In other words, if you sound like an uneducated hill-billy and I am forced to suffer through Dante's fourth circle of grammatic hell, there is a very good chance that I will not enjoy your company. Note; Im not expecting shakespeare, but if your conversational skills include, on a daily basis, anything remotely close to these:
