I'm not sure where to start on this!

I'm 37 and I live near Huddersfield but I've got my own car so I'm able to travel to meet someone.

I love hardcore punk and thrash but I'm open to most types of alternative music (from psychobilly to blues rock) My favourite band is Suicidal Tendencies - they've had a massive influence on my life.

In my spare time I enjoy spending being with my friends, going to gigs (I'm usually found right in the middle of the pit!) and watching films - I'm a bit of a film geek, especially horrors. I've been getting myself into shape for the last few years, I've lost 6 1/2 stone so far and I've started going to the gym regularly so I'm very please with all the progress I've made.

As with most alternative people I've had my fair share of bad times and I can certainly relate to people going through bad times themselves but I believe life's about getting back up one more time than you're knocked down and that's just what I've done. These days my outlook's positive and I consider myself an outgoing, friendly and compassionate person who's fun to be around.

I've got a very cheeky sense of humour and I often use it to show affection so I hope you can take a joke! One of the main things I'm looking for in a woman is someone who is able to make fun of me back and make me laugh in general.

I'm a very loyal and affectionate person and I give the best hugs you've ever had!
