Punk rock captured my heart at 14 and never left, but into lots else too. Way too many shows to count. Small venues, basements, unsanctioned or impromptu venues, matinee at VFWs..it’s all good. Have made incredible friends. Will plan trips around shows. General travel, furthest I’ve been is 10k miles from home. Seek off path and weird. Seek recs from locals. No longer drink, etc. but you be you, can still appreciate a good dive.
Nerd. IT work. Have worked at nonprofits for Int’l development, humanitarian aid, and enviro political advocacy. Have supported, worked with, people based on most of the continents.
Records. Books. Comics. Value learning and deep dives. Understanding not just what but why. Meditation. Working on myself, evolving. Dog lover, pitbull owner. Don’t go into anything with rigid expectations, people will surprise you.
Looking to meet new people regardless of the type of relationship. Makes dark jokes to blank stares of people that don’t know me. Only serious when it’s important to be.
